By downloading or using the Daily Expense Manager app, these terms will automatically apply to you.

1. License

Daily Expense Manager grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the application or make the application available to any third party.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the application.

3. Local Data Responsibility

Daily Expense Manager is an offline app. You are solely responsible for backing up your data using the provided backup tools. We are not liable for any data loss caused by device failure, uninstallation, or user error.

4. Updates

We may provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of the application, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades, and other modifications.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
